Meditation helps are young minds to develop a keen sense of emotional intelligence, the ability to identify and manage one's own emotions, as well as the emotions of others.In this class your child will learn from renowned facilitator Sheila Marie several techniques , story, focus, sound,guided, breathe,etc... the students will carry these techniques in their portfolio as they succeed through life's journey.
