This class is designed for the student who wants to progress on the academic journey through. focus and inner concentration. You will perform better on homework, exams, arts, athletics,memory,reduce heart rate and help balance immune system, reduce stress and anxiety. Come learn techniques that you will take on your journey and build your self esteem in a positive,safe environment Renowned Facilitator Sheila Marie will guide you teaching several techniques such as guided, focus, sound,breath,positive affirmations...each class will be divided in 3 styles of meditation.
