Refund policy

All services are non-refundable. All cancellations prior to service must be made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Otherwise there will be a $25 re-booking fee . Please contact sheproductions54@gmail.com if you need to cancel an appointment. 

All gift certificate or specials will expire 6 months after purchase date, nonrefundable.

In the case of a double-booking, or an incorrectly placed order, please contact us at sheproductions54@gmail.com to accommodate your request.
